2026 MINERAL PATCH BOOKING AGAIN a few days in advance only -weather dependent.

HOW TO BOOK: let me know day and preferred time of day: morning, early or mid afternoon, early evening and I will let you know what I have available. I need to know how many people will go IN the patch, ages if children, and contact PHONE NUMBER.

HOW DOES IT WORK: Each person age 4 and over gets 1 hour in the mineral patch, current entry is $19.99 + $2.80 HST = $20.79 per person. You keep the minerals that you find(sifter spades, bags and kneeling pads provided). There’s a variety of crystals, gemstones, fossils, raw minerals and even little surprises and you might even find a token for a larger prize. Age 3 and under MUST be accompanied in the patch by one adult(you’ll only pay for the adult). There will be time after to dump out your finds and I’ll try to identify them for you. Cash, Debit, credit card, phone tap.

*Why not take ONE HOUR and PARTICIPATE WITH your child, they’ll remember that you did, fondly.

I Dig Rocks! Interactive Mineral Adventure

Learn some geology as you search for minerals, fossils, gemstones, and crystals buried throughout the adventure area. Sift through the sand to discover hidden surprises. An exciting blend of fossils, minerals, gemstones and crystals are replenished frequently. Compare what you’ve found with the surrounding information panels. Interactive learning is fun and one of the best ways to learn. Connect with the Earth in a tangible way, outdoors. Fun for all ages BUT each child under 4 MUST be accompanied by ONE adult due to CHOCKING HAZARD of small stones etc.

Whether you’re having a ladies afternoon out, friends get together, family outing or a birthday celebration, all ages have fun finding crystals, gems and minerals in the patch. This is a fun way to be active together, bond and make a core memory if you’re a grandparent, parent, auntie or uncle with your loved one. Crystal crazed teens love it too, not to mention crystal collecting ladies!

*Neurodivergent friendly, I don't overbook the adventure area so it remains a calm, safe atmosphere for having fun!

*ARRIVE 5 minutes before your start time to register and pay. I start booking at 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Limited spaces per day. You might want to bring sunscreen, a sun hat and bug spray. Footwear IS REQUIRED in the patch.
